Product Introduction
The UV-int159 Enhanced UV Energy Meter is a high-quality multi-functional UV energy measurement instrument specifically designed for measuring UV energy, UV intensity, and temperature in UV curing equipment. This energy meter features an enhanced design with a diameter of 120mm and height of 13mm, making it easy to operate and read.
The most significant feature of this product is that it obtains three parameters in one test: UV energy, UV intensity, and temperature. This multi-functional design greatly improves testing efficiency and reduces the workload of repeated testing.
UV-int159 is powered by AAA batteries ×2, with a sampling speed of 0.01 seconds (100 times/second) and a recording period of 250 seconds, enabling precise recording of parameter changes throughout the testing process.

Three Parameters in One Test
UV Energy+UV Intensity+Temperature - Only One Test Required! This is the most important feature of UV-int159:
- • UV Energy: Cumulative energy value, unit mj/cm², range 0-36000
- • UV Intensity: Real-time radiation intensity, unit mw/cm², range 0-2000
- • Temperature: Test environment temperature, range 0-115℃
- • Three parameters measured simultaneously, no need for repeated testing
- • Improves testing efficiency, reduces workload
- • Ensures time synchronization between parameters
This design is particularly suitable for industrial application scenarios requiring simultaneous monitoring of multiple parameters, such as quality control in UV curing processes.
