Product Overview
UV-int150+ Heat-Resistant UV Energy Meter is a high-quality UV energy measurement instrument specifically designed for UV process measurement in high-temperature environments.
This energy meter adopts special high-temperature resistant design, capable of withstanding 125℃ high-temperature environment, suitable for high-temperature production processes such as mobile phone cases, PCB, UV boards, flooring, plastic keys, etc.
The main sensor of the measuring instrument is located on the back of the instrument, with a measurement range of 250~410 nanometers. The measurement results can be directly read on the display screen on the front of the energy meter (unit: millijoules/square centimeter).

UV-int150+ Heat-Resistant UV Energy Meter is widely used in the following production processes:
- Mobile Phone Case Production - Quality control of UV spraying process
- PCB Manufacturing - Monitoring of ultraviolet curing process
- UV Board Process - Precise measurement of ultraviolet energy intensity
- Floor Production - Quality assurance of UV coating curing
- Plastic Key Manufacturing - Process control of UV adhesive curing
Related processes and materials: UV spraying, UV glazing, UV printing, UV adhesive, UV coating inks, etc.
Safety Precautions
- Do not look directly at UV lamps or observe them through refraction/reflection
- Ensure that no part of the body is directly exposed to UV lamps
- This UV energy meter can withstand high temperatures, not exceeding 20 seconds on conveyor belts
- Ensure the device is within normal operating temperature range during use
Installation and Operation
- Turn ON the switch, the LCD display will show zero
- Place the UV energy meter near the UV lamp source, try to align its back to the light source (because the energy sensor is on the back), extend the exposure time appropriately
- Until the display shows measurement results, for example 800 millijoules/square centimeter (800mj/cm²)
- Turn OFF the energy meter switch (OFF), or reset the display value to zero
