Product Overview

UV-int150+ Heat-Resistant UV Energy Meter is a high-quality UV energy measurement instrument specifically designed for UV process measurement in high-temperature environments.

This energy meter adopts special high-temperature resistant design, capable of withstanding 125℃ high-temperature environment, suitable for high-temperature production processes such as mobile phone cases, PCB, UV boards, flooring, plastic keys, etc.

The main sensor of the measuring instrument is located on the back of the instrument, with a measurement range of 250~410 nanometers. The measurement results can be directly read on the display screen on the front of the energy meter (unit: millijoules/square centimeter).

Safety Precautions

Installation and Operation

  1. Turn ON the switch, the LCD display will show zero
  2. Place the UV energy meter near the UV lamp source, try to align its back to the light source (because the energy sensor is on the back), extend the exposure time appropriately
  3. Until the display shows measurement results, for example 800 millijoules/square centimeter (800mj/cm²)
  4. Turn OFF the energy meter switch (OFF), or reset the display value to zero
