Product Introduction
UV-int150+ High Temperature Resistant UV Energy Meter is a high-quality UV energy measuring instrument used to measure the UV energy of UV curing devices. The main sensor of the measuring instrument is on the back, with a measurement range of 250~410 nanometers. The measurement can be directly read on the display on the front of the energy meter (unit: millijoules per square centimeter).
The energy meter adopts a special high temperature resistant design, equipped with a 3.6-volt high temperature resistant 125°C battery. Due to the use of a special energy saving circuit, the battery can last for about 5000 hours.
Suitable for UV energy measurement in high temperature environments, such as conveyor belts, can be used in 125°C environment for a short time (20 seconds).

Important Warnings
- Do not look directly or indirectly through refraction/reflection at UV lamps, ensure that no part of the body is directly exposed to UV lamps
- This UV energy meter can withstand high temperatures, no more than 20 seconds on the conveyor belt, heat resistant up to 125°C
- When using, please ensure that the back of the energy meter is aligned with the light source (the energy sensor is on the back)
- After measurement, please turn off the energy meter switch (OFF) or set the display value to zero
Installation/Operation Steps
- Turn on the ON switch, the LCD (display) will show zero
- Place the UV energy meter near the UV lamp light source, try to align its back to the light source
- Extend the irradiation time appropriately until there is a measurement display on the energy meter's display
- Turn off the energy meter switch (OFF) or set the display value to zero
